“CLOSE” means holiday closure and no phone support.
“Showroom close” means delivery and pickup for online order ONLY, phone and email support available.

1.When will my order be shipped out during holiday?
Orders will be sent on 23rd and 30th of DEC and then 3rd of JAN, we only close our showroom but normal delivery and click and collect order are as per normal. Please keep an eye on your email regarding order confirmation and tracking notification (which might be in the junk mail box sometimes)
2. How long does delivery takes?
Due to holiday season please expect a few more working days on top of below time frame , Delivery times vary depending on the your postcode, you can also choose *express post for urgent order.
99% of the orders will be shipped next business day after receiving full payment, deliveries typically occur within:
– 2-4 days to NSW Metro, SA Metro, and QLD Metro.
– 4-7 days to VIC Metro,VIC Rural, NSW Rural, SA Rural.
– 5-7 days to WA Metro, TAS Metro.
– 7-9 days to WA Rural, QLD Rural, TAS Rural, and NT.
Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. *There is no guaranteed for overnight express post, although we do send out parcels on time, there is still 1 out of 20 parcels were not delivered overnight for express post which beyond our control.
3.Will my order arrive before Christmas?
If you order before cut off day, the order may arrive in time, but it is always good to order earlier than later to avoid disappointment, please use express post instead if your order pass the cut off day

If I order after these dates, can I still get my order before Christmas?
Of course! Even if you place an order on or after cutoff day (regular post), it is still quite possible that your order will be delivered before Christmas, we just can’t guarantee it.
